We released some new stamps today over at Darkroom Door. There are six new Background Stamps and we've also introduced a new range called Word Block Stamps. These are perfectly sized to fit onto the front of a card for easy stamping. But there are so many other ways they can be used too: gift wrap, invitations, scrapbooking... I can't wait to try them out in lots of ways!
Here's some cards that I've created for the Darkroom Door website which shows how they can be used:
Idea 1: Stamp over an Alcohol Ink background on glossy paper.

Congratulations Word Block Stamp
Idea 2: Use the Crayon Resist technique to highlight a few different words.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Idea 3: Stamp extra words on contrasting coloured paper, trim them out and mount onto card with 3D foam adhesive to make them pop from the page!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Idea 4: Stamp in different colours, use as a background and add Filmstrips over the top.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Idea 5: Choose one word to highlight. Stamp it onto different cardstock in a different inkpad colour and adhere to card. Frame stamp with photo corners.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Idea 6: Highlight words with Tim Holtz Fragment pieces or with Glossy Accents.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The new Background Stamps include Damask, Scratches, Checkered, Postcards, Stone and Mesh. All Darkroom Door Background Stamps cover a complete A6 card front which makes them SO easy to use! Here's some cards I've made using those:
All stamps are now available here or find your favourite stockist here!
Can you bleieve I had to make all of these cards in one night? Let's just say I'm still cleaning up the aftermath! :) All fun though - who doesn't love a good excuse to make stuff!
Hope you're all having a wonderful week!
