We have some great card samples to share with you today using the new Flower Garden Background Stamp:
This is such a fun stamp - with all of the vines and flowers twisting and turning different ways, it looks beautiful when stamped! Here's a card created by Michelle:
Details from Michelle:
The Flower Garden background stamp was stamped on white cardstock with Dusty Concord Distress Ink. I then mounted the Montage and Wordstrip onto purple cardstock. I stamped two small butterflies from the Wings stamp set on white cardstock and one on purple and heat embossed with silver embossing powder. Fussy cut the butterflies and adhered in the centres of the butterflies so their wings can pop up a little.
Supplies used:
Flower Garden Background Stamp
Wings Rubber Stamps
Silver Embossing Powder
Montage London
Distress Ink Dusty Concord
Wordstrip Viva la Flora
White & Purple Cardstock
Godelieve has also been having a bit of fun with the Flower Garden stamp... here's a card she has created:
Details from Godelieve:
I stamped the Flower Garden with Archival Ink #Olive and sponged with Distress Ink #Bundled Sage and Crushed Olive. I didn't want to cover too much of the background, so I just added a strip with a String Sentiment.
This photo above shows what it looked like before sponging the Distress Inks over the top.
Beautiful greens!! Perfect for this stamp too. The amazing thing about this stamp is you can use it in all different colours, as you can see by the two different cards we've shown you here.
