Details:
* I used a sketch from www.pagemaps.com as inspiration for my layout.
* I stamped the Rose, Roses photo stamp, and the plaid background stamp onto buff tags with Old Rose ink. The journaling spot and butterfly were stamped onto a buff tag with Pinecone ink.
* The butterfly was mounted using double sided foam mounting tape.
* The flourishes on the side were stamped with Pinecone ink. I used the same stamp, alternating between different sides of the stamp to get the border pattern.
* "Maggie" and "1912" were also stamped with Pinecone ink using the Alphabet Medley stamp set.
Darkroom Door Supplies:

Marvy Pen - No 54 Burnt Umber
Other Supplies:
Basic Grey papers.
Bazzill cardstock.
Ribbon, Kaisercraft flowers, gem brads, eyelets.
Pinecone Versacolor Ink
Mint Versacolor Ink
Magenta Verscolor Ink
Details from Sarah:
I cut a large strip of basic grey off white coloured paper and created a lace border down the edges with a Fiskars border punch. I attached it to the background paper.
I used the same colour paper to stamp the plaid background stamp onto with Mint Verscolor ink. I rounded the corners, and inked around the edges with Pinecone Versacolor ink. I attached 5 pink eyelets on each plaid piece, and then adhered them to the layout. I then laced a pink and white polka dot ribbon through the holes and tied a bow.
I stamped the title, and the journaling block onto cream coloured basic grey cardstock with Magenta Versacolor ink. I inked around the edges of the words in the titled, and glued them to my layout.
I journalled onto my layout using a Marvy Pen (No 54 Burnt Umber).
The plaid background stamp was the perfect pattern to compliment my daughter's school uniform! It's such a great stamp because you can get so many different looks just by changing colours!
